What
is powder coating?
People who want parts done know that powder is a better finish than
liquid paint: it lasts much longer. Powder coating is a finishing
process in which finely ground resin/pigment is sprayed onto a prepared
metal part. The coated part is then placed in a in a curing oven where
the coating melts and flows into a high quality, long-lasting finish.
Why powder coating?
Items that are powder coated simply last longer. Products with a coated
finish are far more resistant to scratching, chipping, fading, rusting,
and wearing than other finishes.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a process though which ink is mechanically applied
to a substrate via the use of a screen and squeegee. In it's basic
form, screen printing is a very simple process.
Why screen printing?
The screen printing inks we use are of the highest quality and the
most durable. And we guarantee that the print will outlast the garment.
This cannot be said for the following other decorating techniques.
