Powder Coating Vs Painting

CERAMIC OVERLAY
Ceramic Coating is a liquid spray coating that is suited for applications involving high temperatures. The coating provides a thermal barrier, as well as protection against corrosive conditions and thermal shock, while maintaining great adhesion.

ZINC RICH COATING

This is another two-part recipe based on the requirements of the final product; it provides superior corrosion resistance and protection. It exhibits outstanding adhesion to a variety of structural steel metals when the material is properly prepared.

EMI/RFI SHIELDING COATING

This coating is utilized in our electronics and communications industries. It protects coated electronic equipment from interference by absorbing or deflecting incoming EMI or RFI. This can be accomplished by covering the heat-sensitive material with a low thermal spray coating.

PTFE COATING

This coating is offered as both a liquid and a powder. The adaptability permits limitless application. PTFE is sprayed on and baked to provide a durable, inert coating. PTFE possesses superior dielectric stability and low friction; it is the original nonstick coating.

Coating that is resistant to chemical agents

The military devised painting operations in Saudi Arabia to apply Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paint to Tan vehicles. It is a polyurethane paint that offers durability to surfaces and prolongs the service life of military vehicles and equipment. It also gives surfaces with exceptional chemical warfare resistance and facilitates cleanup.

EPOXY COATING

Epoxy coating is a two-part formula based on the requirements of the final product; the specific selection and combination determine the final qualities and environmental acceptability of the epoxy coating. When catalyzed and applied appropriately, epoxies form a strong, chemical- and solvent-resistant coating. This coating provides resistance to water, acids, and bases.

ACRYLIC FINISH

This paint has pigment suspended in an acrylic polymer emulsion and dries quickly. They are water-soluble when dry and come in an assortment of colors, textures, and finishes.

POLYURETHANE COATING

This coating is composed of polymers that are organically linked to the carbamate chemical component group. This coating is noted for its flexibility, abrasion resistance, brilliance, and durability.
